In infrastructure construction, we describe areas that cover the design, construction and maintenance of the physically and naturally constructed environment, including public works such as roads, bridges, canals, dams, tunnels, airports, water and sewage systems, pipelines and railways.

It includes factories, Transportation facilities, Marinas, Mining and quarrying, Petrochemical facilities and refineries, power generation facilities, Dams electricity transmission stations, agriculture and food facilities, warehouses.

 

Construction Processes and Planning

Financing of Construction

It is not enough to own only the land for the realization of the project. A realistic financial plan is required. In previous years, projects started with the methods we call count-do; With many buildings left unfinished, this method has proved to be very difficult to apply now.

After the project planning, the financial portrait is prepared. A cash flow plan is made. According to this plan; How much of the financing will be met from equity and how much will be covered by pre-sales through the bank is determined from the beginning. Here, a bank guarantee is required for the part we call pre-sale. In order for this guarantee to be given, project partners must provide collateral to the bank. After the bank evaluates, it creates a project loan limit and releases the loan gradually with the progress payment method. Desk engineers and field engineers often don't get along. Lack of dialogue always creates a problem. The solution is to enable the field engineers to work with desk engineers during the project phase. This is a difficult process.
