In line with the demand for Urban Transformation, it has completed the Construction and Contracting works of 9 different Urban Transformation Projects in the last 7 years.
In order to respond to the demands from European countries in the upcoming period, it completes a new structuring process and continues its work in Germany and the Netherlands.

mevcut durumunu tespit etmek gerekmektedir.
Yapı hakkında tüm bilgilerin toplanması ve
buna bağlı olarak bir röleve çalışması yapılması gerekmektedir.
Tarihi yapıyı, yapıya özgün malzeme ve teknikler ile
aslına uygun olarak yenilemek esas olmalıdır.
İşinin uzmanı olan BRENER ekipleri binayı, özgün
özelliklerini kaybetmeden ve en az eklenti ile,
en sade hali ile koruyarak günümüz ihtiyaçlarını göeterek

With the ORCA brand, we realize steel and aluminum construction by applying a patented and new technology in the housing sector with an ecologically sustainable system. Especially in projects up to 5 floors, we can make large amounts of construction in a short time. Since passive house technology is used, daily energy consumption is very limited when life starts at home. In addition, the system includes the concept of recycling, low emission and carbon emission, green house within itself.

Furniture Production
In our 22 years of history; As Brener, we started our activities with woodworking. When we started to work in the construction sector, we started to produce all the products we need as wood in our own factory. Removing the product from the factory is not the only important point in the manufacture of wood, furniture and kitchen. The best way to apply this product to where it belongs is to succeed. As Brener, we rely on our experience and our team.
Architectural design
In the architectural design processes, from the idea project point; As Autocad, we serve with our expert team of architects until the stage of revealing all layers and animating the project with 3D visuals and videos. For the field information required for Architectural Design; By making detailed and field work in the project area; The design is made taking into account the climate, transportation, demographic and legal characteristics of the region where the land is located.
Site & Facility
Management
As Brener, we also undertake the building and site management of our projects we have realized so far, and we ensure that the building residents easily adapt to their new lives. After the realization of the project; The moments when life begins are actually the most critical stage for the project. Here, as Brener, we prepare a complete user's manual of the building, perfecting the transition to life and beyond.
